Terms & Conditions - Singapore
safety
The safety and care of our students are of paramount importance to us. Students will only be released from class if accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for students before class begins. For students aged 8 and above, a parent may sign a consent form allowing their child to leave class unaccompanied. This form must be requested in writing.
FEES AND NOTICE
Fees are invoiced and charged on a termly basis and must be paid in full before the start of term or before a student attends their first class. Fees are non-refundable in full or in part.
All students are automatically enrolled for the following term unless notice is given.
New students are offered a one-time, three-week “settling in” period. If the class is deemed unsuitable during this time, a written request may be submitted for a refund of the remaining term’s fees.
If a student misses a class due to illness or other personal reasons, we offer make-up classes. If you know in advance that your child will miss a class due to travel or school holidays, please inform us in writing before the end of the current term, and we will adjust your following term’s invoice accordingly.
To withdraw from a class, a minimum of one month’s written notice must be provided via email. This notice must be acknowledged by our administration to be valid. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a charge of 50% of the term’s fees.
Payments can be made via approved methods. Late payments may incur an administrative fee.
Evolve Arts reserves the right to withhold class participation until full payment has been received.
